Privacy Policy

When a user submits a Facebook Lead Ad form connected to our service, we receive and store the following personal data:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address (if included in the form)
• Facebook Lead ID (leadgen_id)
• Facebook Page ID and Form ID
• Submission timestamp

About account owners we store their name and email address, the phone number and Telegram account they choose to link, and — encrypted — the access tokens of the services they connect (Facebook, Google, CRM and affiliate platforms).

We collect nothing beyond the above and what the connected forms, pages and conversations send us. Cookies: only a session cookie that keeps you signed in. We use no tracking pixels and no third-party analytics.

The collected data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Forwarding lead information to a designated Telegram bot for immediate operator notification
• Submitting lead data to an affiliate or CRM system as configured by the account owner
• Storing lead records for the account owner's review and management

We do not use your personal data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the above.

Lead data is retained for a maximum of 90 days from the date of collection, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems. Account data is kept for as long as the account owner keeps their Targenix account. On request (see Section 5 and our Data Deletion page) any of this data is permanently deleted earlier, within 30 days.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for commercial purposes. Data is only transmitted to:

• Telegram (via bot API) — for operator notification only
• The affiliate or CRM system configured by the account owner — for lead routing only
• An AI assistant the account owner connects themselves (section 9) — read-only, only in answer to the owner's own requests

All transmissions occur over encrypted HTTPS connections. We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other parties.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access: request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Right to deletion: request permanent deletion of your data from our systems
• Right to objection: object to the processing of your data
• Right to rectification: request correction of inaccurate data

To exercise any of these rights, send an email to support@targenix.uz with your name, phone number, and the nature of your request. We will respond within 30 days.

All Facebook Page Access Tokens are stored encrypted using AES-256-CBC encryption. Data is transmitted exclusively over HTTPS. Access to lead data is restricted to authenticated account owners only.

This App uses the Facebook Platform and complies with the Facebook Platform Policy. We request only the minimum permissions required: pages_show_list, leads_retrieval, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_ads, pages_manage_metadata.

You can revoke the App's access to your Facebook account at any time via Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.

If you sign in with Google or connect a Google account for Google Sheets™, Targenix requests only these OAuth scopes: userinfo.email, userinfo.profile and drive.file.

• Email address, name and profile picture — to create your Targenix account, sign you in and show which Google account a connection uses.
• Spreadsheets you create through Targenix or pick yourself in the Google Picker (drive.file) — to read their sheet tabs and column headers and to append each new lead as a row. Targenix cannot see or open any other file in your Google Drive.

Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256) on our servers and are used only to perform the actions above. Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not transferred to third parties except as needed to provide this feature, to comply with law, or with your consent. No person at Targenix reads it unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.

Targenix's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect a Google account in Targenix → Connections at any time (its token is deleted), or revoke access in your Google Account → Third-party connections. Google Sheets is a trademark of Google LLC.

You can connect your Targenix account to an AI assistant such as Claude (Anthropic) or ChatGPT (OpenAI) through the Targenix MCP server at https://app.targenix.uz/mcp. Only you can make this connection — by signing in to Targenix and pressing Allow — and it is read-only: the assistant cannot change, send or delete anything.

When the assistant asks on your behalf, Targenix returns only data from your own account:

• Leads: customer name, lead form, campaign, platform, time received, where the lead was sent, and the partner's status and comment. Phone numbers are masked (for example +998 90 *** ** 12); email addresses are not returned.
• Partner order statuses and payouts, campaign spend and projected profit, and Finance totals.
• Your automations and connected services (name and on/off state), and your account name and currency.

Once delivered, that data is processed by the assistant's provider under its own privacy policy. Targenix stores only a hashed access token, the name of the connected app and when it was last used. No Google user data (Google Sheets) is shared with AI assistants.

You can disconnect an assistant at any time in Targenix → Connections → AI assistants; its access ends immediately.

You can connect your own TikTok Ads or Pinterest Ads accounts so that leads from their lead forms are delivered to the destinations you choose. Only you can make this connection, by signing in with the platform and approving access, and only for ad accounts you manage.

• What we receive: the answers people submit in your lead forms (for example name, phone number, email and your custom questions), the lead's form, campaign and ad names, and the IDs and names of your connected ad accounts and lead forms.
• How we use it: only to deliver each lead, at your direction, to the destinations you configured (your CRM, affiliate partner, Google Sheets or Telegram) and to show you its delivery status. We do not sell this data, do not use it to advertise to anyone, and do not combine it across different customers.
• Security: access tokens and the keys used to decrypt lead data are stored encrypted (AES-256) and are never shown to anyone; we never ask for your TikTok or Pinterest password.
• Retention: lead records stay in your Targenix account until you delete them or delete your account. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
• Disconnecting: in Targenix → Connections you can disconnect an ad account at any time; we cancel its lead subscription and receive no further leads from it. You can also revoke access in your TikTok or Pinterest account settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
