You have the right to request deletion of your personal data that has been collected through Facebook Lead Ads and processed by Targenix.uz. This page explains how to submit a deletion request and what happens after you do.
Submit a Deletion Request
Send an email with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" to:

1. Deletion Process
To request deletion of your personal data, follow these steps:
- 1Send an email to support@targenix.uz with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
- 2Include your full name and phone number (and email address if provided in the original form) so we can locate your records
- 3We will send an acknowledgment email within 3 business days confirming receipt of your request
- 4Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of receiving your request
- 5You will receive a final confirmation email once the deletion is complete
2. Completion Deadline
30-Day Guarantee
All deletion requests are processed and completed within 30 calendar days of receipt. In most cases, deletion is completed within 7 business days.
3. What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon a valid deletion request, the following data associated with your submission will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Your full name
- Your phone number
- Your email address (if collected)
- Your Facebook Lead ID (leadgen_id)
- All raw form submission data
- Any associated order or routing records
- Application log entries referencing your lead
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
4. Confirmation Process
After submitting your request, you will receive two emails:
- Acknowledgment email (within 3 business days): confirms we received your request and provides a reference number
- Completion email (within 30 days): confirms your data has been permanently deleted from all our systems
If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or resend your request.
5. Scope of Deletion
Please note the following limitations:
- We can only delete data stored in our systems. We cannot delete data that has already been forwarded to and stored by third-party systems (Telegram, affiliate networks, CRM platforms) configured by the account owner.
- We cannot delete data held directly by Facebook. To remove data from Facebook, visit facebook.com/help/contact/540977946302970.
- Anonymized or aggregated statistical data (e.g., total lead counts) that cannot be linked back to you is not subject to deletion.
6. Facebook Data Deletion Callback
If you connected your Facebook account to Targenix.uz and later remove the app from your Facebook account via Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, Facebook will automatically notify us to delete your data. We will process this deletion within 30 days and provide a status URL at:
