Only to deliver your leads to the platforms you choose, to show you the delivery history and, where you enable it, to report record statuses back to your advertising tools. We do not sell data and do not use it for our own advertising or profiling.
We do not share any of your data with third parties without your consent. This covers all of it: lead data, your Targenix account data, and the data and OAuth access tokens of every platform you connect (for example your Todoist, Asana or CRM account).
Lead data is sent only to the destinations you configure yourself (your CRM or other platforms) — that is the consent. Beyond that, data is handled only by providers working on our instructions: our servers are hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), and account e-mails (for example sign-in and connection alerts) are sent through Brevo. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it. Transfers use HTTPS.
OAuth tokens and other credentials are stored encrypted (AES-256). Lead data is kept in your Targenix account so you can see the delivery history, until you delete it or ask us to. Access is limited to the account owner.
You can disconnect a platform in Targenix under "Connections" or uninstall the App in that platform; the App then stops sending and reading data. To have your data deleted, write to support@targenix.uz; we reply within 30 days.
When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page is updated.
